About Warranty

All products we sell each have their own manufacturer’s warranty. In most cases the warranty will be at least 12 months or 20,000km from the installation date whichever comes first. Or any longer warranty period that may be printed on your original tax invoice.

During the warranty period, we will replace or refund, at our option, any new part that fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship under normal use and service after proper installation. Please contact us at redbox@hotmail.com or phone us at 02 9748 8099 for any warranty claim. We will then process a warranty claim with the product manufacturer.

Return and Refund

On the rare occasion that an item arrives dead on arrival or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

We must be notified within as soon as possible of you receiving the damaged item.

Warranties are offered by the product manufacturers and importers, any items that may be in question must be sent back to REDBOX and then to the manufacturer or importer for an assessment.

If the item is faulty in operation and approved by the manufacturer it will be returned to the buyer at no extra cost. It is the buyer's responsibility to return the goods to REDBOX, please contact us for the correct shipping details and return approval.

For all returned items, the buyer is responsible for all postage costs.

We are very careful sending out goods, but in the off chance of you receiving the wrong item please follow the following guideline.

If the item has been supplied incorrectly by REDBOX, then REDBOX will refund shipping costs of the goods when the original item is returned.

All items that are approved for return must be received back in the original packaging and not installed, modified or damaged in any way.

On the special condition that an item needs to be returned due to a change of mind, please read the following guidelines.

We must be notified within 7 days of you receiving the item that you intend to return. The item must then be returned within 7 days following this notification.

The item/s are not opened, used, worn or damaged, and are in perfect condition when we receive them back.

That you do not stick or write anything on the item itself or its packaging. You may be required to wrap the item and attach postage stickers and any labels to the outer packaging you supplied.

Refunds are for products only, all shipping and handling costs / labour are at the expense of purchaser.

If the item has sustained damage in transit, or does not return as noted above, a revised refund amount may be required.

Parts that have been abused, installed, modified, or damaged will not be accepted for a refund.

Items bought by mistake or qualifying for exchange: the buyer is fully responsible for all return shipping costs, and a 20% restocking fee may apply with certain items.

We are not liable for any claim including claims arising from incorrect fitment, product modification, and fault design, the use of the product and any indirect special or consequential damage or injury or person, company or entity.

The refund amount will also have original freight costs deducted. If the item was sent with free postage, a 20% postage fee will also be deducted from the refund amount.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
