We aim to process returns within 2 working days of receipt of the return, refund can be issued
by the following working day under the normal circumstances.
1) If you are not satisfied with the purchase for any reason, you can return item back within 14
days of purchase and we'll issue refund to you or exchange minus postage cost. Any returns
after this time will be subject to a restocking fee. Please note you MUST contact us before
returning any part.
2) All returned products must be returned to us in the original condition in which they were
supplied, including without damage to the product and its box.
3) This way your return can be processed promptly once it arrives back. If your item is faulty or
was incorrectly sent you must contact our customer service department within 7 days for
advice before returning the parcel and we will endeavour to get this resolved promptly.
If the fault has developed within 28 days of deliver we will offer a refund, including postage
costs or a replacement product once the original product has been returned to us for
assessment and verification of the fault.
4) If the fault develops after 28 days but within the warranty period, normally 6 month unless
specified in item description(ex: some items have 1 year warranty), please contact us via
ebay message and we will repair or replace it once the original product has been returned to
us for assessment and verification of the fault.
5) The 6 month warranty starts from the date of the original purchase and covers the product
